Skillpilot is a digital platform designed for HRI (HR Intelligence), created to support companies in the strategic management of skills and the development of internal talent. The system is built to provide HR professionals with advanced tools for assessment, monitoring, and reporting, enabling a comprehensive and dynamic view of the company’s existing capabilities and the gaps that need to be filled.
